This is realised through, Membership Recruitment, Membership Capacity Building, Development and Engagement, Resource Mobilisation, Strengthening Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Systems, Strengthened CSMMUA Governance Systems, Strengthened CSMMUA Secretariat.
